After a successful career in education as the head of Saint Nicholas School in Houston, she and Bill transitioned to rural Texas to focus on their ranching operation. They raise Akaushi and British White cattle under Holistic Management principles, emphasizing animal welfare, pasture health, and the production of premium grass-fed beef for families and local communities.
