WHAT WILL BE IN MY BOX? 

How do we prepare your custom order?  

  • Your custom order is made from your selected beef, one specific animal.
  • Each beef is identified by hanging weight, which determines the price.
  • If it’s a Quarter, all the cuts are divided into four equal parts. We do not keep any of your meat. 
  • The number of each cut is determined by the exact cuts from that beef.  A larger animal will produce more or larger cuts.
  • The cuts listed are averages.
  • You get your fair share of every cut, including the tenderloin.
