After a successful career in education as the head of Saint Nicholas School in Houston, Margot and Bill decided to return to their roots. They established a certified grass-fed beef operation, focusing on raising Akaushi and British White cattle under Holistic Management principles. Margot’s dedication to animal welfare, pasture health, and providing high-quality beef for families and local communities drives the mission of Lazy A Ranch.
