After a successful career in education as the head of Saint Nicholas School in Houston, she and Bill transitioned to rural Texas to create a certified grass-fed beef operation. They focus on raising Akaushi and British White cattle under Holistic Management principles, emphasizing animal welfare, pasture health, and high-quality beef for families and local communities.
