After a successful career in education as the head of Saint Nicholas School in Houston, Margot and Bill decided to return to their roots. They began raising Akaushi and British White cattle under Holistic Management principles, focusing on animal welfare, pasture health, and providing high-quality grass-fed beef for families and local communities.
