With a deep-rooted passion for ranching, influenced by her father Tom Terry, a pioneering Texas farmer and cattleman, Margot transitioned from a successful career in education to create a certified grass-fed beef operation. Together with Bill, they raise Akaushi and British White cattle under Holistic Management principles, focusing on animal welfare, pasture health, and providing high-quality grass-fed beef for families and local communities.
