Growing up around her father, Tom Terry, a pioneering Texas farmer and cattleman, she developed a love for the land and its animals. After a successful career in education as the head of Saint Nicholas School in Houston, Margot and her husband Bill decided to return to their roots in rural Texas. In 2008, they purchased the ranch and began building a certified grass-fed beef operation.
