Margot Heard founded Lazy A Ranch in Bellville, Texas, alongside her husband Bill after purchasing the property in 2008. After a successful career in education as the head of Saint Nicholas School in Houston, she and Bill transitioned to rural Texas to focus on raising Akaushi and British White cattle.
